If you have multiple groups and people coming with you, EVERY DRIVER MUST complete an entry form with just their passenger. (For example, if there are two UTVs in your group, you must fill out two complete registrations for the driver of each UTV and his/her passenger in their UTV)

Passenger Details

Registration for 17 years old and younger is free but does not include meals, raffle ticket or an event t-shirt. Meals for our under age guests can be purchased separately. Additional event t-shirts can be purchased for $25 each. Passenger regardless of age must be listed on this registration and changes can be made at check-in. Passengers will be REQUIRED to sign the "Release of Liability" form at the time of check in.

A "Minor Release" will be REQUIRED for everyone under the age of 18. These must be notarized and there is no exception to this policy. Click here to download.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for this event. Due to the limit of 30 registrations, if you have to cancel your registration, you may attempt to transfer your registration to someone on the waiting list. Email kyle@utvoffroadadventures.com for more details.

SXS Breakdown Policy

In the event of a breakdown during one of our rides, the following policy applies:

Immediate Assistance:
Our team will make every effort to assist you with on-the-spot troubleshooting, minor repairs, or towing to a safe location along the trail.
Limitations on Recovery:
If the breakdown cannot be resolved or your SXS cannot be safely towed or fixed, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of professional recovery services.
Recovery Fees:
Any recovery fees incurred beyond the assistance provided by our team (e.g., towing, trail recovery, or transport to a repair facility) are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner/operator.
Contacting Recovery Services:
If necessary, we can provide recommendations or help contact local recovery services, but the arrangements and payments are your responsibility.
Responsibility Acknowledgment:
By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and accept responsibility for any additional costs associated with recovering your vehicle.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all participants and the continuity of the event. Please ensure your SXS is in good working condition before the event to minimize the risk of breakdowns.

Last day to register online is Sunday, April 26th, 2026 at midnight. After April 26th, the price goes up and you will need to register at the event.

Driver's Information:

Your emergency contact CANNOT be your passenger. They can be driver or passenger from another vehicle but not in your vehicle.


Vehicle Information:

OHV Sticker: An off-highway vehicle decal is required to be purchased each year for operation of any vehicle operated on unimproved roads, trails and approved use areas not suitable for conventional two-wheel-drive vehicular travel. Examples include All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV), trail motorcycles and dirt bikes. Please be advised UTV Offroad Adventures will not be held responsible for any guests vehicles that are cited.
